CS2Bolt

Responsible Gaming

CS2Bolt is entertainment. Games of chance should be fun, and they are never a way to make money or recover losses. This page explains how to keep your play in control and where to get help if it is not.

Only for adults

You must be 18 or older to play. We may ask for proof of age and will close accounts belonging to anyone younger. If you share a computer with children, use parental control software and keep your Steam account to yourself.

Keeping it fun

  • Set a budget before you play and only use items and balance you can afford to lose.
  • Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
  • Never chase losses. Trying to win back what you lost usually leads to losing more.
  • Do not play when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
  • Never borrow money or sell things you need to keep playing.
  • Keep a balance with friends, family, work, study and other hobbies.

Signs it may be a problem

It may be time to stop and talk to someone if you:

  • spend more time or value than you planned, again and again;
  • feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
  • play to escape problems or low moods;
  • hide how much you play from people close to you;
  • go back to win back losses, or feel relief when you cannot play.

Tools on CS2Bolt

  • Demo mode. Try any case without spending anything.
  • Loss limits. Auto play in Plinko and Chicken Crossing stops automatically when the loss limit you set is reached.
  • Your history. Every round you play is listed in your profile and on the provably fair page, so you can see exactly what you have spent and won.

Taking a break or excluding yourself

You can ask us at any time to:

  • take a break for a period you choose, from 24 hours to six months, during which you cannot play;
  • exclude yourself for at least six months or permanently, which closes your account.

Sign in and open a ticket on our support page, and tell us whether you want a break or a self exclusion and for how long. We act on these requests as soon as we receive them. A break or exclusion cannot be cancelled early, and while it lasts we will not reopen your account or let you open a new one. You can still withdraw items you hold.
